These terms and conditions govern your use of the theupperclub.ch website. Our general terms and conditions (hereinafter General Terms and Conditions) regulate the relationship between theupperclub.ch and our customers who buy in the online shop of www.theupperclub.ch. By placing your order you accept this. The General Terms and Conditions are part of the purchase contract you concluded with theupperclub.ch. When orders are placed in our online shop, the contract is concluded with theupperclub.ch.

 

Prices

Ticket prices include ticketing taxes. 

Product prices include packaging. Transport costs are shown separately when ordering. Our order confirmation is the sole basis for the contract.

Shipment

Tickets are sent exclusively online.

 

Shipping of products:

Delivery only takes place within Switzerland and is sent via Swiss Post.

Parcel post (A-Priority) up to 2 kg flat rate CHF 12.00

Parcel post (A-Priority) from 2 kg - 10 kg flat rate CHF 14.00

Midi letter (A-Priority) flat rate CHF 5.00

From a purchase value of CHF 150.00 we send free shipping. We only ship within Switzerland. After payment has been received by theupperclub, the delivery time is approx. 1-5 working days. In individual cases it can also take up to 7 days.

 

Payment terms and retention of title

theuperclub.ch accepts Visa card, Mastercard, advance payment via e-banking without a deposit slip. Please note that every payment is binding. The goods remain the property of theupperclub.ch until full payment has been made. We only deliver if paid in advance. We will only process the order once we have received full payment.

Delivery conditions

Theupperclub.ch cannot be held responsible for non-fulfillment or late fulfillment of the contract in the event of force majeure or inability to deliver on the part of our supplier and/or service provider. theupperclub.ch cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or late delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If the ordered goods are not available, theupperclub.ch reserves the right not to provide the service. A claim for damages due to items that are no longer available cannot be asserted against theupperclub.ch.

 

Returns, exchanges, complaints

Tickets: can only be returned up to the individually specified return date.

 

Products:In the event of an exchange or return, you must always contact theupperclub.ch by email. Unworn items can be returned in their original packaging within 3 days. Late returns will not be accepted. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are to be borne by the customer. Sale products are excluded. Items for modification/exchange must also be returned to us during this period. After the item(s) have arrived with us and been checked according to the above criteria, you will receive a confirmation from us by email and the amount will be refunded to you within a few days. Obvious defects or incorrect deliveries must be reported as quickly as possible within three working days of receipt by email to info@theupperlcub.ch. Product images may vary in shape and color within reason from the products ordered/delivered.
